If you’ve ever had to rewind a TV show you were watching because you had to re-listen to what the characters were saying, it might not be your hearing to blame. It’s probably your TV, and turning up the volume might not help. And closed captions drive some people crazy. Luckily, our news editor Andrew is here to help.
