24/7 hustle life isn't for everyone

For the average Joe, grinding through 14hr work windows just isn't possible

And if you're someone who falls under that category, read this:

Your framework of success is about getting in those consistent 8hrs of work while managing your stress levels

Sounds strange doesn't it?

Tate, Elon, Koby, and Cuban - they all talk BIG about the hustle life

Rarely will you find them talking about managing stress levels.

I'll be breaking client confidentiality here, but get this:

Through all my years of mentoring entrepreneurs, I've realized how they suck at managing stress

And probably you do too!

Your hustle, even if you dedicate 8hrs to it, isn't failing cause of the time

No sir!

It's failing cause you just can't manage your stress levels.

That's why today I want you to understand the 4 stages of business cycle,

It's the only way you can create a strategy to:

- manage your stress

- & track your growth

Let's begin:

Stage 1: Accumulated Ls
Stage 1 is usually when your losses outnumber your wins
And at times, you fail to see any wins at all

Kinda funny, but when you're stuck in this phase, it's almost as if it will never end!

During this phase, you feel like you're on a losing streak, with nothing going in your favor
You develop an imposter syndrome and start questioning your ability

Ultimately, all the Ls end up wreaking havoc on your mental health

If you're going through this phase, it's crucial you understand that your wins are around the corner

Cause the sooner you realize it, the sooner you can practice mindfulness

By understanding the "why" behind your Ls, you'll be able to pave your way forward

Stage 2: Heavy Hits
At this point, every entrepreneurs I know is busy planning their next W for 2023

I know for a fact they're all:
- investing their time and effort into it's execution
- moving around resources to support their project, and
- building expectations every day till it launches

But sometimes, all those elaborate schemes fail to deliver
Everything they had worked hard on for a whole year doesn't put out

If you're stuck in a loop where all hope seems fruitless, I want you to remember:
Your success lies just beyond the darkest part of the night.

By accepting and meditating on your failures, you'll recognize all your micro Ws

Reorganize and restructure around those to escape your trenches.

Stage 3: Momentous Flow
You'll recognize this as a period of hyper-focused, determination, and gratitude.

With so much fueling your momentum, any Ls you'll face will be insignificant.

You'll make your greatest strides during this phase, and nothing will be able to hold you back.

The greater the number of Ls you can take, the longer you can maintain your flow!

Stage 4: Patience Periods
Acceptance.
That's the 4th stage.

Accepting that you did everything you could. Overcame every challenge. Stayed in that state of flow and gratitude.

Now all you have to do is:
- Wait for the cake to bake, &
- reap the fruits of your labor

When I was about to launch Utopia, my mom said: "That's the best part. It's cooking in the oven. Let it be. It'll come out perfect."
