Here's the only VSL structure you need to capture high quality leads

This year I studied dozens of agency sites that generate millions of dollars

I created a list of the most common elements they use to capture high-quality leads

And broke them down on the visual below

Steal this in 2023:

Fold 1: Headline

The first step to any landing page (LP) is your BIG FAT CLAIM

This is where you display your offer and EXACTLY highlight who your target audience is

Each offer must have the following 5 parts:

Who we are targeting
The outcome
Guarantee
The deliverables, and
Your positioning

Your claim sparks curiosity in your reader and convinces them to scroll to the next fold

If they are bouncing off from the first scroll, then that means they are not interested in your offer.

Fold 2: VSL
To put it bluntly, your VSL will suck in all your visitors and convince them to book a call

To ensure you're capitalizing on this real estate, your VSL should have 3 features:

An intriguing
High value
CTA at the end

But what do I add in my VSL?

Here's my suggestion:

Write up the content for your LP

> Your offer

> Your guarantee

> Your process

> Testimonials

> CTA

And record that for your VSL

Fold 3: Call to action
Your subheadings are to build trust

It's to answer any questions your lead will have after watching your VSL

Your goal is to answer any queries they might have so they don't end up thinking about it

Cause the more they think, the faster you'll lose them

You can add a guarantee to support your claim

But make sure you can follow through with it

Nothing kills credibility like making a claim and never following up with it

Make sure you add a CTA after every scroll

Every section should be followed by next step so the LP flows and gives an instruction on what to do next

Remember, don't make them think

Fold 4: Your Process
The "HOW IT WORKS" section is a brief breakdown of what the journey will look like when you and the prospect work together

It will explain what they should expect immediately

and pave a roadmap for every month they will retain your service

As an example, I've shared one here

Use that as a reference while creating yours on Figma/Canva/PSD

Fold 5: Adding Urgency

Once your lead understands:

- Your offer

- Your claim

- And the value you are bringing to them

It's time to reel them in

By adding urgency, you give them the momentum to make their decision and take you on a call

You can simply add:

"We only take 2 clients every month" and that will move the odds in your favor

If you're starting out, make sure your page features testimonials so you can build credibility around your services

Fold 6: Book A Call

The most crucial step

By this stage, your lead is no longer cold

They've taken the journey from being completely unaware > Problem aware > Solution aware > Seeing you as the solution

By adding a link directly to your Calendly, you save the extra step for them to sign in

The faster they can consumer and respond

The greater your chances of closing them

Your goal in 2023 MUST be to start and scale your marketing agency

With the market crashing, the real estate bubble on the verge of bursting, and price sky rocketing...

There's no way your 9-5 can cut it
