It's Jasmine here 🌱 I'm dancing in my chair with tears of joy in eyes as I write to you. So much has happened behind the scenes at The Bloom, and before going public with the announcement in global press, I wanted to personally send you the exciting news.....
🎉 We are launching a membership community  
In 2 years, we've grown exponentially from 20 to 30,000 phenomenal and DIVERSE social justice leaders. This is the ultimate confirmation of how necessary The Bloom's work at the intersection of joy, social impact, and intersectionality is becoming.
2023 is the year we honor the greatness of this community and bring the value we offer to the next level.

Our team (who you will soon meet!) worked hard to begin co-creating the dream membership community, a space to learn from fellow impact leaders, meet phenomenal employers driving local change, and find support in the form of mentorship and coaching – a space that will water our souls, help us grow new roots, branch out, and find fresh soil. 
The membership community we dreamed of has one powerful quality: it's SIMPLE. It's a space that doesn't evoke FOMO, a space where you won't have to catch up on 400+ notifications, a space that won't make you feel like you have to scroll endlessly to find resources.
🌱 What to expect in the community
It will feel very similar to a "normal" community like a Slack group, but without all the noise. Here's what being part of the membership community newsletter will bring you:

Confirm membership 🥳Select the plan that works best for you to confirm membership (you'll receive the first membership newsletter TOMORROW!). We ask for a financial investment to ensure the sustainability of the community, and our team hard to create a fair and inclusive pricing model across borders. 

Identity 🌻At the moment the membership community newsletter is for women and non-binary people. 

Community Guidelines 💼 Take time to review our Community Guidelines. Please, don’t skip this step: we value the commitment of every community member to keep our space safe, engaging, and joyful for everyone.
Accessibility💸 If you’re unable to pay for membership at this time, read our disclaimer and fill out this application by Tuesday March 14. It shouldn’t take more than 10 minutes, and we’ll be able to admit up to 200 sponsored members. Once accepted as a sponsored member, you’ll access all benefits for 6 months.
