Maybe one of the jobs listed above is your dream role. You’re motivated, you’re experienced, but you don’t meet all requirements. What do you do? Research based on binary gender data tells us that women only apply for jobs when they think they meet 100% of the criteria, whilst men apply when they meet 60%. As a result, women apply to 20% fewer jobs than men. Yes, it’s crazy but true: job ads are gendered and what we can do about it, from our partner THIS IS GENDERED 💪🏽
