NFT Mints, pre-registrations for upcoming releases, Mobox 2.0, Eve Online comes to the blockchain, and more! -- Play to Earn #169

Welcome to the 169th edition of the Play to Earn newsletter! And thanks to everyone who has joined us on our journeys through web3 gaming, we're now at over 10,000 subscribers!

This was a week full of NFT minting opportunities! Gaming mints this week included genesis NFTs for Hunters On-Chain, Blast Royale, and Tearing Spaces,. Some of them were even free!

That's right, free mints. For genesis NFTs! Mostly given out to community participants, but also through a number of giveaways and partnerships with other projects. Free mints seem to have become increasingly popular among web3 game developers. And it certainly is a good way to attract attention!

There are some alphas and game launches in the near future as both StarGarden and WAGMI Defense open up pre-registrations for their games.

Other big news this week comes from Seedify. A new AI chat bot called ChainGPT, specifically focused on blockchain knowledge, prepares to launch their IDO on Seedify in early April.

And speaking of funding developments, CCP Games, developers of Eve Online, announced that they had received $40 million to develop a blockchain enabled game set in the Eve universe!
