First things first: Battleground just surpassed 250 subscribers!! 🎉🥳🎉 I just wanted to use this opportunity to extend a huge THANK YOU for signing up for this newsletter. I’ve deeply enjoyed dissecting political stories across the country and it’s so gratifying seeing this community grow and grow and grow! We’re inching closer to another presidential election in 2024 and I’m so excited to eventually transition from reviewing midterm results to covering presidential primaries and candidates as their campaigns circumvent the country. Second Announcement: Battleground will be going on Spring Break for the rest of April. I just got back from a college reunion event👨🎓, will be headed out into the desert this coming weekend 🎡, and the following weekend is my birthday! 🥳 So instead of stretching myself thin over these busy next few weeks, I’ll be pressing pause on creating new content and will return on May 1. In the meantime I hope y’all go outside, smell the roses and touch some grass cause that’s what I’ll be doing! See you in May! |
