133% better conversions (1-minute change)
Numara Software did a very small change on their wesite.
It resulted into an impressive 133% improvement in form conversion rate.
Here's what they did.
The font they used for all of the content was Arial 10pt.
They increased the font size to 13pt and added a little extra spacing between each line.
That simple change:
+ improved the bounce rate by 10%
+ the site exit rate by 19%
+ pages per visit by 24%
+ a 133% improvement in form conversion rate
