⚠️ Net Worth Update: Down $11,306.80 (-0.29%)

What's good everyone, hope everyone had a great May, before we start, some people may not care about me building in public. If that's the case, click this link and we'll exclude you from future net worth or revenue updates.

We're in Edinburgh now, it's gloomy and cloudy, the fact that it's 10 degrees in June is not okay 😂

Spent some time with an old friend up in Yorkshire and then Kinross (stayed here in Kinross, what a ridiculous property). Will most likely do a mastermind here in the near future.

If you haven't seen my revenue thread for May, it's here, engagement is down bigly, when revenue is down you guys stop engaging, y'all annoying af.

Met up with Nello Pesci in Kinross who I met in Sam Parr's Trends group. One of the best salesman I've met, glad we finally met up IRL and that we're working together again.

As of June 1st 2023, my net worth is at $3.895m. My true net worth, including Indexsy and the Binance account is about $4.8m, but I choose to ignore these assets.

This is down by $11k from May 1st 2023, but up about $2m from when I first started tracking my net worth back in January 2021. Not too worried about this because I paid another 6 figures in taxes this month.

Here’s my most recent net worth split, I’m sat on about $442k cash right now, up about 2k from last month, and I’m still averaging into the stock market at a rate of $15-20k/mo.

Cash (Personal): $246,937.88
Cash (Business): $195,252.48
Stonks (Personal): $169,649.00, largest holding here are my bonds.. I have about $90k of $CASH.TO which is paying about 4% a year.
Stonks (Business): $826,184.35, largest holding is bonds right now, ended up diamond handing TSLA.
Watches: $109,393.54, most expensive watch is still my Vacheron Constantin Overseas which I bought for $17.7k. Watches down bigly, bad sign.
Current price: $28.5k (last month $30k ). Unrealized gains: $11k.
Crypto (Personal): $420,469.25, up $4k from last month, not much right? I had shifted some positions. Largest holdings are still 80.1 ETH, 5.2 BTC, and 515 BNB. Cost basis of ETH is less than $100 USD each, BTC would be less than $5k, and BNB would be about $1 USD. Been buying stuff up lately.
Real Estate: $2,700,000.00, my largest holding, the Lisbon 8-unit apartment building, it generated $9k in free cashflow in April, details here.
Websites (excl. F&A + Indexsy): $700k, sites pretty much stagnant, nothing much to report.
Indexsy + Binance Account (24x monthly): $900k, down 800k because...well, I didn't do any sales this month
