Back in 2019, Ulf Arnetz took a leap of faith and decided to transform his thriving services company into a SaaS business model. 

It seemed like a brilliant move, but the road to becoming a fully-fledged SaaS business was far from easy including:

  • Handling a staggering $3M revenue drop, and bouncing back to over $5M ARR, with 96% coming from SaaS subscriptions.

  • Navigating the tricky world of selling SaaS products to CEOs while addressing objections from other key execs.

  • Tackling a jaw-dropping 60% churn rate and reducing it to 0% where they didn't lose any customers over a three-years span.

  • Helping customers achieve a 20X return on investment (ROI), but more importantly measuring and proving those results.

  • Staying optimistic even when major companies like Microsoft enter the market, and advice for founders in a similar situation.
