Flavio - 4 days to...

Hi!

Last week I announced the new initiative I'll launch in just 4 days from now.

It's a new learning platform where you can learn Web Development.

It's not a course, but ...something new.

And on November 21, just 4 days from now, I'll finally be able to show it to you.

Now I want to tell you some more details.

The first thing is this: this is completely free, 100% free, 100% amazing value, no login required, no payment required, and its goal is to teach you everything I know about Web Development. The resource I wish I had when I learned a new technology.

We'll start from the fundamentals, networking, HTTP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, building layouts with Grid and Flexbox, using the DOM, Fetch, Request, Response, Forms, Node, and Bun, to modern developer tools like Tailwind, React, Hono, and Astro. Just to start with. A lot more stuff coming in the next few months, too.

There will be an initial foundational set of lessons at launch, and this set will gradually expand over time because the launch will not be an "end" that means the site is "done", but it will be a "start" because the platform will be ever-improving and ever-expanding. I want this to become huge.

I'll show this to you on November 21, just 4 days from now, I'll send you an email with all the details on how to access this new learning platform.

All of the above was possible thanks to years and years of investment in content creation. Thousands and thousands of hours were spent researching, learning, experimenting, writing, re-writing.

I want this to be accessible for everyone, especially students, so this must be 100% free, and in the future, the plan is to invest even more thousands of hours in making this a perfect resource to start Web Development.

To fund this monumental effort, I will have something separate, something very special: a PRO version that will be paid, and will provide 2 things on top, in particular:

  1. a set of practical, hands-on projects using the modern tech stacks explained in the free version (we'll start with Hono, React, TypeScript, Astro)
  2. a private community where you can solve your problems by creating those projects

Now I want to address 2 things:

  • I dislike subscriptions, so this is not a subscription. It's a one-time payment and once you're in, you get any future PRO material I will add
  • I made this very very accessible, yet providing a ton of value (it will not cost a lot to join)

The PRO version will be in EARLY ACCESS next week.

Why EARLY ACCESS?

This is a special thing I'm doing to celebrate the project launch (and Black Friday!), from Nov 21 to Nov 27.

3 things you need to know now:

  1. I'll have a special EARLY ACCESS members discount, to thank you for your support and trust
  2. on Nov 28 I will close all new signups, and I'll reopen them next year when "version 1.0" will be ready. I want to work with you EARLY ACCESS members for a while, to make the PRO version perfect before everyone else can join again
  3. BONUS: joining the PRO version in EARLY ACCESS will also give you a special 30% OFF for the 2024 cohort of my BOOTCAMP, which will happen in just a few months, early 2024

I'll tell you all (name, where you can find it, the pricing details) on November 21.

See you next week.

Flavio
