Agreement is taking the same path. Alignment is heading in the same direction.

Gratitude unlocks the fullness of life.

It turns denial into acceptance, chaos to order, confusion to clarity.
It can turn a meal into a feast, a house into a home, a stranger into a friend.

Gratitude makes sense of our past, brings peace for today, and creates a vision for tomorrow.

III. Lessons from Living

This year taught me:

That pushing through on your own on some days may show your fortitude and resilience, but sometimes real strength looks like asking for a helping hand if you can’t carry the weight on your own. Being honest with yourself is how you move mountains.
That perfectionism will poison the flowers growing in your garden but authenticity finds ways to water them. Showing up unapologetically takes the handcuffs off your spirit and keeps you in line with your truth regardless of how uncomfortable it may feel.
That stillness is a blessing and so is solitude. Making time to sit with your thoughts and check in with you is how you reclaim yourself and heal your wounds. Alone never becomes lonely when you’re working on the friendship you should have with yourself.
