Gitcoin Grants Round 19 is in progress and BanklessDAO and several projects are represented in the Web3 Community and Education round. Search for "Bankless," "International," or "Global" to discover all your favorite BanklessDAO projects and contribute to them via the Public Goods Network. Due to the quadratic funding mechanism, the more contributions there are for a grantee the higher the matching donations.

Season 10 proposals are on the Forum and are open for comment and an indication of your support via a poll. Reading the proposals is a great way to learn more about the different teams that contribute to BanklessDAO, but it's also pretty inspiring to see the breadth of activity and experience that we have in our community.

And that’s what really counts. Today has been a rough day for BanklessDAO’s reputation thanks to criticism over the recently posted proposal for Arbitrum DAO, but the people who contribute to bDAO know that this is a community of people who produce, who care about sharing the values of web3.

The initial draft of the BanklessDAO Season 10 Specification has been released, outlining a proposed timeline for the upcoming season. Here's a summary of the key dates and events:

• January 2, 2024: Season 10 commences.

• Week 1 or 2: The Season 10 Kick-Off Event takes place on Twitter.

• March 4: Announcement of Funding Request Reminder.

• March 17: Deadline for all guilds, departments, and projects to post funding requests on the Forum for review by the Grants Committee.

• March 18–31: The Grants Committee collaborates with various groups to assess funding requests.

• April 1–7: Draft 1 of the Season 11 Specification is posted on the Forums.

• April 1–14: The Grants Committee finalizes funding requests in collaboration with respective groups.

• April 1–14: Acceptance of applications for the Grants Committee Election.

• April 8–14: Draft 2 of the Season 11 Specification is posted on the Forum.

• April 15: The Season 11 Grants Committee election, Season 11 Specification, and Season 11 Budget Request are all posted on Snapshot.

• April 22, 2024: Season 10 concludes.

• April 23–29: A seven-day break between Season 10 and Season 11.
