We recently wrapped up the GIR Pro community 30-day LinkedIn Growth Challenge.

I finished in 2nd place🥈:

Key Takeaways (via ChatGPT)

✅ More Engagement Per Post:

• Reactions and especially comments saw huge growth.
• A 177% increase in comments suggests more discussion-driven content was posted.

❌ Shares Decreased by 30%:

• This suggests that while posts were more engaging in discussions, they weren’t necessarily content that people wanted to reshare.
