He’s figured out that it really doesn’t matter if you come at something from a place of joy and love (and that would be wonderful), but there's a whole other set of ways to approach this that involve slogging through the discomfort, the doubts, the wish for things to be different...

Starting with behavior…So if you change your behavior then generally your thoughts your feelings and your perceptions change… 

It's behavior first - thoughts, feelings and perceptions follow.

This was really interesting to me. The story Huberman told to demonstrate the point was David Goggins subjecting himself to one of his fears. And instead of trying to avoid or lessen his fear, Goggins stepped forward to confront and endure his fear.

How many times do we each back away from doing something that's uncomfortable or that scares us a bit? How does that impact us as bloggers - what opportunities do we miss out on? And how much more potential can we unlock in ourselves and our blogs, if in spite of the fear or discomfort, we step forward and let our behavior lead our thoughts, feelings and perceptions?
