Unfortunately, the big news in the blockchain world this past week has been the recent vulnerability with Ledger Connect, resulting in a scramble across the ecosystem as users tried to protect themselves, dapps temporarily shut down connections, and Ledger worked to fix the issue and restore trust to their userbase. And now, we have another hack on NFT Trader just today! You can check on Revoke to see if you’re potentially affected by this one.

But these events serve as stark reminders that no system is infallible, and you should always take whatever steps you can to protect your funds and not leave yourself overly exposed to one potential hack!

And apparently this news slipped past our radar a couple of months ago, but Epic Games very quietly dropped Gods Unchained from their games list after GU received an 18+ rating from the ESRB!

Now, anyone who has played Gods Unchained knows that there is nothing overtly sexual or violent about the game, so this obviously stems from the idea that any game involving crypto rewards is some form of gambling. How this ruling will affect other crypto games remains to be seen, but it is a ominous sign for the progression of web3 adoption in the general gaming world!

Clouds of doom and gloom aside, we do have some positive happenings in the web3 gaming world!
