Learn *how* to improve your online presence

Are you looking for a bit of good business news as you get back into the work groove after the holidays?

Thought so!

At Wolf Craft we help *a lot* of businesses improve their online presence—think websites, photography, copy, and social media.

Why?

Because, having a stellar online presence goes hand in hand with successful media outreach, sales, and business growth. And after 20 years in the industry, we know what works and what doesn’t when it comes to sending your stuff to editors.

On to the good news…

We’re hosting a workshop in a couple of weeks all about how to Tweak & Edit your online presence to support your PR and business growth goals.

Last week you got examples of creative businesses who took our advice and polished their homepages.

This week we wanted to show you three drastically improved About Pages, and give you a few tips to boot!

I want these results!

With that, a few about page tips for you

A common tip we like to give — “tell the stories you’d like the media to be telling about your business.”

Do you work with local artisans?

Is there a handcrafted element to your work?

Do your products involve an innovative or unique manufacturing process?

Use your About Page to tell these stories so your business stands out from the crowd. It’s a great place to give editors, potential clients, and fans a look into your creative process.

Tips to improve the about page on your website:

  • Show off your creative process. Include studio and process shots.

  • Call out unique aspects of your business. If you hand make all your work tell us! If your products are made in the US tell us!

  • Take a professional founder photo that show’s off your creative POV.

  • Don’t center-justify paragraph text, it’s hard to read!

If you want specific, actionable advice (with examples!) to make these types of strategic updates to your business's About Page, sign up for our Tweak & Edit PR Review Workshop.

The workshop will be live on Zoom Tuesday, Jan. 30th - 4:00 - 5:30 pm EST.

Can’t attend live? No problem!

Everyone who signs up will have lifetime access to the workshop recording, so you and your team can reference it whenever you’re making updates.
