Remote Work Junkie - Do you love your job? 🤔

Recruiters have it rough too when it comes to hiring...

We've seen over the last few years job listings labeled "remote" that shouldn't be. And often, many are being told to list as such 😅

While we all know remote jobs are attracting more applicants, it harms your brand rep and trust when you pull the "bait and switch."

👉 If a job is remote, then label it "remote" and make that clear.
👉 If a job is remote and country specific, make sure that's clear.
👉 If a job is hybrid, then label it "hybrid" and how many days in the office.

Clarity and transparency.

No jobseeker looking for remote roles is pumped when you tell them they have to be in the office 1-2 days a week. Or if they are looking for "work from anywhere" and you now tell them this specific to a Country or State.

And we know most recruiters don't like to explain the blatant job posting lie either. It's awkward all around.

Honesty right in the listing is key. Otherwise, you're wasting everyone's time.
