Creative Wellness Letters - Feb.-is-the-new-Jan. sessions are open!

Let's make some gentle plans to move toward your creative goals! View in browser

Hi Reader

How are your 2024 goals coming along?

(It’s totally okay if the answer is “nonexistently” - I don’t want you to feel attacked by that question!)

Over the last few years, it’s started to feel like easing into the new year gently is the way to go - “hitting the ground running”, “new year, new you” (or insert your favorite new year cliché here) just isn’t working.

In the past, if I didn’t have goals and plans made right away on January 1, I used to feel stressed and bad about myself because THE CLOCK WAS TICKING on this fresh year and I had to seize it!

Feeling behind is the worst, and it’s often completely made up! You are wherever you are, and any moment can be the right moment to start. Let’s agree that making ourselves feel like we’re behind is no longer a thing we have to do, okay?

Instead, let’s embrace a slow, gentle process of checking in with ourselves and how we feel, making as many plans as we feel ready for, checking in again...and repeat!

How about we turn "New year, new you" into "New year, same excellent you, but a bit more organized!"?

If you:

  • know you want to grow your creative practice this year, but are feeling stuck or hesitant about setting goals
  • got really excited about brainstorming goals, made a giant list, but haven’t done anything yet because you feel crushed by the weight of your own ambition
  • generally have a big goal in mind, but aren’t sure how to break it down into the next steps you’ll actually do

OR

  • just want someone to help you plan and cheer you on

…booking a February-is-the-new-January coaching session might be a great idea!

I’ll help you make a flexible plan (or you can call it a menu if that feels nicer) for moving toward your creative goals in 2024, or at least look at the next few months.

We don’t have to Figure Everything Out(TM), but you’ll definitely leave with more clarity about what’s next!

Here’s what you’ll get:

  • A 60-minute Zoom call to talk things out
  • 1 follow-up email from me for gentle accountability or reminders

The best part? I’m offering these sessions at $110 (half the price of my Rise Above the Overwhelm sessions), to make them more accessible!

I have time for 5 of these sessions in February, and you get first dibs before I open them up publicly tomorrow. 🎉

Sign up for your session here:

Let me know if you have any questions, and I’m looking forward to helping you make some gentle creative plans!

Have a lovely week!
