For years, lots of folks (myself included) have been trying to get more organizations and individuals to authenticate their emails. Turns out, all it took was Gmail and Yahoo drawing a line in the sand — “Authenticate, or be bounced from the inbox!” — to spur thousands of newsletters into action.
