• While 10x revenue is a shorthand for coming up with valuations, it's important to keep in mind that all revenue is not created equal.
• A report on contract data (documents that customers sign). Very interesting facts include: 74% of all the signers of contracts are executives, the most commonly negotiated terms are pricing/invoice period/renewal notice, 28% of enterprise contracts require insurance, 70% of sales contracts are annual contracts.
• Not all revenue is equal, and the way companies report annual recurring revenue (ARR) is highly variable. 
• Fraudsters are getting much more sophisticated using AI tools themselves. Be careful out there. 
• A primer on the compliance rules that VCs funds need to follow including the up coming 2024/2025 new advisor rules, and new diversity requirement rules for California.
• Apple’s credit card has 12m members, of which 30% are doing two or more transactions per month, and they paid $1bn in rewards last year.
• The Apple Vision Pro is such a fun device to use and play around. Here’s a good example of how one person “works” inside the new spatial computing environment.
