This post will cover one SaaS area and talk about multiple niches in this space. This post also explains how to do tech implementation, do market analysis, how the current players are doing, and ends with a cost analysis to understand the overall cost for 100 users. Let’s see some of the players around Journaling and Writing related tools. ⛳ ⛳ Current players

For example, AudioPen that converts voice notes into text to read and share made $73,000 in 2 months. Also, Lifelight, another AI-powered journaling app reached $5K/month revenue from writing/journaling niche. Negative Nancy says - “There is no point in building something around voice content” Me - Many founders are building products around voices. AudioPen is primarily built to transforms mess voice notes into publish-ready text. AudioPen made $73,000 in 2 months. TalkNotes is another product in this space that reached $2500+ in revenue with 50+ paying users within 2 months of its launch. 🤿🤿 Deep-dive &&💡💡Some nichesAI-powered personal journal app for Emotions and Stress TrackingJournaling provides a therapeutic outlet for expressing and processing emotions. The act of journaling itself can serve as a calming ritual, reducing overall stress. Over time, reviewing entries helps identify patterns and develop effective coping strategies. This is one of the reasons why so many people love writing journals. That is where products like Mindsera have built a niche around journaling and AI. Mindsera leveraged AI to look at the user’s daily journals and helps with thought analysis, entry analysis and eventually find a pattern in the user thoughts. Mindsera received $2.1M in funding in this space. There are more examples of these products, for example Lifelight has reached $5K/month revenue in this niche. Daylio has crossed 110K+ installs. The same can be extended to Travel Journaling as well similar to Travel Diaries. Micro SaaS for collaborative screenwritingCollaborative screenwriting is challenging due to the need for cohesive storytelling, shared vision, and alignment on characters and dialogue. Balancing creative input while maintaining narrative consistency requires effective communication and compromise among co-writers. Screenwriting involves crafting scripts for films or TV shows, encompassing plot, dialogue, and scene descriptions to guide actors and directors. The collaborative nature demands synchronized creativity, making it crucial to navigate differing perspectives and maintain a unified script. That is where WriterDuet helped multiple screenwriters to collab together to write a screenplay. Today WriterDuet has an estimated annual revenue is $1.7M and used by 1 Millions screenwriters and TV Shows. Products in this niche should facilitate collaborative screenwriting by offering cloud-based platforms that enable real-time editing and seamless sharing of scripts among writers. These tools provide version control, ensuring consistency and tracking changes during the collaborative process. Micro SaaS for SEO-Optimized Auto-Blogging ( AI-powered blog generation, auto link building, auto publishing)Many companies reply on SEO to build traffic in a scalable way. There are several SaaS founders built AI tools to generate this content. But only a few founders actually build niche based SEO optimized content generation tools. These niche-focused SaaS platforms not only leverage AI for content creation but also prioritize SEO optimization, tailoring generated content to specific industries or themes. For example, Journalist AI is heavily trained on newspaper publications to generate articles in that pattern. Journalist AI has crossed $15K MRR. Another example is Quick Creator that crossed $700 in MRR. Quick Creator not only generates the blog content but also automates the publishing process and hosts the blog as well as their upcoming feature. Docswrite.com niched toward Google Docs based writing and crossed $500 MRR. EBook Self Publishing on multiple platforms:Traditional publishing often entails lengthy timelines, from manuscript submission to actual book release, causing delays in reaching readers. Authors have limited control over creative decisions, as editorial and marketing choices are often made by the publishing house. Self-publishing offers creative autonomy, allowing authors to control content, cover design, and release timelines without traditional gatekeepers. But it’s not easy for authors/writers to do this all by themselves and do this all all platforms like Amazon, Barnes&Nobles, Apple Books etc. There are 10-20 platforms where authors can sell their books. But manually uploading to all these platforms takes a huge time either for first time publishing or even for smaller updates as well. PublishDrive solved this problem by leveraging the APIs of these platforms. PublishDrive is an all-in-one self-publishing platform for ebook, audiobook, and print-on-demand and is used by thousands of authors who increased digital book sales by 85%. Tools in this space should let users upload their manuscript and cover page and allow authors to set their pricing on multiple platforms all from one single console. 🔒 👉 [Get access to more additional ideas in this niche from Pro version with data points, revenue information]. 🔒 👉 [Get access to 1000+ additional ideas and more additional ideas in this niche and across all niches from Pro version with data points, revenue information].💻 💻 Technical chops Learn technical pointers on how to build products around this niche. 👉 🔒[Pro access] 📢 📢 Marketing chops Learn Marketing pointers on how to start marketing the products for this niche.
