“Quit your 9-5 and go all in on building your business”

The only reason I am where I am at today is because of the job I had in my teens

In fact is I had 2

I worked at a juice bar

And a real estate centre

I did this to stack cash

Your 9-5 is a tool,

Yes it may be a bit of a burden but its important for one main reason

Predictable cashflow.

How do you expect to build your business if you are stressed about paying bills?

You can’t

Your 9-5 can helps fund all the tools you need to purchase as you start.

When starting a marketing agency there will be softwares you need to pay for, there will be resources you need

Those are investments that you will reap the fruit of down the road

Just because some fool in a lambo tells you otherwise, doesn’t mean you need to listen.

Now this is where it gets tricky.

Time.

How do you balance building a business while you have your 9-5?

There is no sweet way of saying this… it’s all about extra time

Every extra moment you have needs to be focused on building the business and acquiring the right skills

There is no such thing as a free lunch, all that time you spend on TikTok and Instagram needs to be substituted by working

You can’t afford employees yet, you don’t have the resources to help you scale yet

You have no leverage. You have to exchange time for results right now
