🤑 We're moving from doing tasks ourselves to overseeing AI doing them for us, creating an "allocation economy." Success now comes from how well we use and manage AI tools. This means lots of jobs will be more about guiding AI than doing the actual work.

🤑 We naturally like stuff that agrees with our own opinions, and social media's smart algorithms double down on this. Would stopping these algorithms actually help? Would online discussions be more productive, reduce divisions and affect what we read and believe?

🤑 The EU has decided that Amazon has to share details about its ads in a public online archive. This will force Amazon to open up about its advertising practices. Sellers can get a sneak peak at what their competitors are doing.

🤑 Being really smart can make things complicated. Sometimes, the smartest people make things too complex and become too sure of themselves when a little humility could go a long way. Also, listening to ideas from everyone, not just the experts, and being ready to change your views to keep up with the world can help you stay sharp and successful.
