Meet Dick. 👋

Dick built a website into a small but profitable venture over the years, mainly through enthusiastic blog posts and a clever use of catchy, but not always meaningful, SEO tactics.

​

The website looked great, but his content and product descriptions were, let’s just say, "creatively enhanced" to stuff as many keywords as possible.

​

Unfortunately for Dick, the content was more sparkle than substance, heavily relying on tools to help create SEO-friendly text meant to please Google rather than actual human readers.

​

But Dick stood tall, on top of the world - invincible.

​

Post after post would climb up the rankings.

​

Until March 2024 that is.

Dick is now deflated.

Dick now makes $0. Dick is sad. He now has a mountain of pages and posts that have to be re-written, and re-optimized.
