I Never Travel Without My Bootless Compression Boots

It’s Running Week here at the Strategist. Running is one of my main hobbies (you can read more about my routine here), so it was excruciating to be benched for a season when I hit a wall of back-to-back injuries last year. However, I had an at-home recovery booster: the Normatec Go compression sleeves. They’re a more portable version of the compression boots my colleague Jeremy Rellosa spent six months testing. The magic of the Go boots lies in how you’re able to target your calves; they will squeeze out any soreness or tension within 15 minutes. I typically use them while sitting at my desk, but because they are compact, they are also great for travel. I’ve taken them on road trips near and far and look forward to sticking them in my carry-on when I travel for the Chicago Marathon this fall.
