Post-Pandemic Job Skills| Overcoming Overthinking | 3 Key Career Questions

For the past year and change, I’ve overseen Forbes’ diversity and inclusion coverage. Given the overlap between D&I and careers, I was recently tasked with spearheading the latter section—at a time when workers worldwide are facing a shrinking job market and growing economic uncertainty.

The coronavirus pandemic has affected every aspect of our lives, including our work. Many employees are working remotely, new hires are being onboarded virtually, and corporate leaders, from chief human resources officers to chief marketing officers, are grappling with the new normal.
