Really Good Emails - There's always better than good
A ton of emails went under the microscope at UNSPAM last month - and one theme came through pretty strongly: Elbow bumps are way more fun than handshakes. Also: No one's emails are perfect but there are plenty of ideas out there to test.

It's not only required to understand what your audience wants to read about, but now they want it catered to their individual interests and likes. Take this example here from Zillow, which uses past behavior to serve up an email that is personalized to the user. It's a regal experience.
