He built a $3.6M/year SaaS in 180 days

This guy worked in marketing and sales in the medical field his entire career.

And he saw an opportunity to build software to streamline some admin stuff for doctors.

But he had ZERO coding experience and a very little budget.

So he hired a developer on Upwork… but that failed (twice!)

Finally, he found someone to work with him and they built the whole thing in 6 weeks.

Once it was ready, he made 100s of cold calls to every doctor he knew.

In just a few DAYS he had paying clients.

And within 6 months he quit his job and went ALL IN!

Her digital books make $20M/year

This woman saw an opportunity to help business owners make their PDFs look better.

Basically everything like reports, newsletters, brochures, catalogs, portfolios, etc. etc.

So she got to work and developed an MVP in less than 4 months.

Within 6 months, she was getting 50K visitors to her website per month (impressive).

And at the time of this interview, she was making $10M/year.

But I just found an update that said she’s making $20M/year…just two years later!!

3. The Eggs 🍳

This gym software makes $4M/year

So last week I said that you can make software for literally any industry.

And this is one of my favorite examples that shows you exactly how to do it.

This dude was a solo developer and owned his own gym.

And through running his gym he saw a sh*t tons of problems that caused him to lose clients (and money!)

So with his coding background, he built a tool to help manage scheduling, clients, paperwork, etc.

He launched it at 4:45am from a 24 hour donut shop 😆

Within a few weeks they had paying clients.

And just a few years later, they hit $300K/month!

4. The Toast 🥪

They built a $30K/month Shopify plugin

These two friends had dreams of starting a software company together.

So after working at different startups after college, they decided to quit their jobs and go all in.

They did a TON of research and created a spreadsheet with literally 100s of ideas.

When they finally nailed it down to 5, they started building.

In a few weeks, they built a simple MVP for their plugin and launched it.

The next morning… they woke up to 10 users.
