➤ The Oklahoma Supreme Court ruled Tuesday that a publicly funded Catholic charter school in the state was unconstitutional, and that the contract creating it should be revoked. (More)

Denmark became the first nation to tax livestock farmers for the greenhouse gases emitted by their cows, sheep and pigs. The law will go into effect in 2030. (More)
