So, what’s the separator between a video that flops and gets 1M+ views?

• I really like the angle for hook #3 but it needs to be refined

• Don't just say they suck - give your true opinion because people will either agree or disagree but both people will comment

• Something like "Let's admit that realistic graphics ruined video games."

• This will be your hook then layer in a visual hook in the next 3 seconds to prove your point 

A few days later Rustin took our feedback, filmed the video, and posted it in our video-sharing Slack channel for more feedback.

But this video was 15 seconds long and lacked substance and personality.

So, we told him to add more layers to the video. More substance and story. Go deeper into his opinion. And aim for 30-40 seconds.

Then he want back to the drawing board, filmed version two, and posted it.

The results:

• 1.5M views on Instagram

• 600k views on TIkTok
