Escrow.com ruined 6-figure startup acquisition
Hey guys. These two weeks went by super fast. Still building the best marketplace for founders during wartime. It’s challenging but exciting. I have a roadmap for this year that I have already started executing. Small steps add up; you’ll see how Microns evolves. In the next few months I’ll be focused on content and acquisition flow. For content, I started interviewing a few founders to share their success stories (detailed stories that you can learn a bunch of stuff). For acquisition flow, it will be a step-by-step process integrated into the platform to close your deal with our transfer service. I will share more details in the coming issues. Today, I’ll share things that happened :

My goal here is to make the discovery phase for buyers as easy as possible and match proper listings with buyers' interests. It works like a complex condition by matching the asking price, category, tech stack, and niche. In the future, I plan to add an AI part to make it like YouTube recommendations (that’s why I need much more data and users). As a result, the platform will become more valuable for all sides, and the number of new deals will increase. 2) Discord automation. I know how many of you liked when we automatically notified you about startups published on the site. Integration broke when we migrated from our old stack. Still, it’s all fixed now, so you can contact founders before anyone else. 😩 Is escrow.com so bad? Some time ago, I found this post on X. After negotiating a six-figure sale for his startup, Nico encountered issues with Escrow.com. Despite their site stating they accept Wise, Escrow.com refused to send the payment, causing significant delays and potential deal loss. Previously, I talked with a founder who said that escrow blocked buyer funds for one month, and the deal didn’t happen. Another guy said that they blocked his account and returned the payment. So, what should we do? I always recommend that all founders and entrepreneurs use some kind of third-party service to close online deals. It’s important because it’s your safety. Believe it or not, I spent weeks researching and haven’t found a good provider. For this reason, we created our service, Transfer by Microns, to help close deals securely. In this case, Microns is a trusted middleman between buyer and seller. We start with the legal contract signing and invoice, then proceed to payment and asset transfer. We accept Wise, Mercury, and USDT. We have already facilitated 20 deals. The most beautiful part is that you’ll have a dedicated person connected to your deal, our support member, who will reply within hours and is interested in closing your deal fast and without hassle because we earn a small %. Soon, this service will be integrated into the marketplace to streamline asset acquisition flow. 🚀 Popular startups for saleApplicant Tracking System
