🎉 Recently sold startup

We sold a SaaS development starter kit project called Indiespace. It helped founders set up and launch SaaS projects in a matter of days.

During the exit, Indiespace had 21 customers and $1,064 in annual revenue. It was built using Next.js. The project was sold for $2,000 (1.88x multiplier). The sale included various landing pages, waitlist pages, and SaaS boilerplate.

After the acquisition, the buyer made many improvements to achieve an insane ROI. He rebranded the project to BoilerBay, added new features that customers asked for, added new AI templates, and, most importantly, increased prices.

The startup crossed $7,000 in revenue in two months, a 558% increase in revenue. Still, the new owner can resell the project for at least $10k, making $17k in total from the $2k acquisition spent.
