Project Management takes forever! Let's fix it.

And the second thing I did, was automate email notifications.

Because I wanted to save myself from the headache of having to check the sheet every hour to see the progress of any of the projects.

The whole code is less than 100 lines.

And it's going to make the projects go so smooth!

I'll be able to assign projects to people, they get notified.

When they need a review, I get notified.

When a project is complete, it moves to a different tab.

Keeps on our ongoing projects sheet focused and clean.

This process of notifications is not as straightforward as it seems.

In the video I show you how an onEdit() function as a simple trigger won't work without the permissions. So we need to do the "installable trigger" for On Edit changes to the sheet. I used to pull my hair out in frustration from getting permission errors when sending emails from the onEdit() function. Now I know the trick. I show you in this video!
