Around this time last year, investors were waiting with bated breath to see how Uber’s IPO would turn out. 

2019 was supposed to be the year of tech unicorn IPOs. But many of those — including Uber, Lyft, and WeWork — fell flat. 

Let’s see how the IPO market has fared since. 

With 15 IPOs, Q1’20 marked the third consecutive quarter of declines since Q2’19’s peak. Unsurprisingly, the largest IPOs in Q1’20 were in the healthcare sector, covering primary care, drug R&D, and biotechnology.
