Hey writers,

Ever been to a workout class, maybe kickboxing, Pilates, or spin? Something magical happens in a group. You find yourself working harder, achieving more, and — most importantly — having fun. When you’re surrounded by like-minded people, the collective momentum is infectious. 

Same goes for writing. 

Typing alone at your desk can only get you so far. At some point, you get paralyzed by questions like:

• Is this essay any good?
• Is this idea even interesting?
• Or, What am I trying to say here? 

You won’t find these answers by retreating to Walden Pond (sorry, Thoreau). What you need is camaraderie, feedback, momentum. Do you have a community like this in your life? 

Most writers don’t have people they can talk to about their ideas, no one they can share their writing with. The result? They feel isolated, alone, as if they’re stranded on an island, dropping messages in bottles and casting them into the sea. Maybe you can relate. This is the pain of intellectual loneliness. 

But good news: we have the cure. 

At Write of Passage, writing is social. That is the undercurrent of everything you’ll do in our writing Bootcamp. Think of the infectious energy of a workout class. Our Bootcamp is like that for writing — times ten.

You’ll meet other smart, ambitious writers who you can finally talk to about your ideas. You’ll swap intellectual loneliness for the most inspiring conversations you’ve ever had. And you’ll be swept forward in a tidal wave of momentum. (At that point, the expert writing instruction is just the cherry on top.)
