Azure Weekly - Power BI Weekly #269 - 31st July 2024
Power BI Weekly Newsletter Issue #269
powered by endjin
Welcome to the 269th edition of Power BI Weekly! No announcements this week. On the community front, here are my highlighted bits of content: Marco Russo has followed up on last month's Filter Context article with the complementary blog Row context in DAX explained visually and Madison Giammaria has written about (and shared some great resources for) Monitoring Power BI Semantics Models over time. And now a couple of interesting webinars for you this week: Stephanie Bruno has joined Mike Carlo to explore the Power of Semantic Link, and Elena Drakulevska has joined Reid Havens to speak about where Power BI Meets UX Design: Accessible Insights.
Finally, this week we're very excited to share our new and improved powerbiweekly.info and azureweekly.info websites, marking the 10th year and 5th year anniversaries of the two newsletters! The sites come with updated branding, more easily navigable archives, and search functionality to find articles over historical editions. Both sites come with RSS feeds if you prefer consuming content that way: see Power BI Weekly RSS and Azure Weekly RSS. As ever, we'll be publishing the content on our @PowerBIWeekly and @AzureWeekly X handles, but we'll also start to publish our content on Bluesky soon too: see @powerbiweekly.endj.in and @azureweekly.endj.in. Please take a look at the new sites and let us know if you have any feedback!
If you have any content you'd like to contribute to the newsletter, please tweet @PowerBIWeekly or ping an email to PowerBIWeekly@endjin.com.
