Reader,

How aggravating is it to listen to someone complain about their problem over and over...and finally, when you can’t hold it in anymore, you say, “Hey, why don’t you just ___”

...And what do they say?

THEY HAVE 5 MILLION EXCUSES WHY THEY CAN’T DO IT!!

  • “Oh, you lost 30lbs and have kept it off for a year? Well, I could never give up bread.”
  • “How are you so relaxed? Oh, you started meditating? That’s really weird. Also I don’t have any free time, PS gotta go play video games.”
  • “You got a raise? In this economy? Using this weird (yet extremely good-looking) guy’s videos? Well, that might work for you, but my industry is different.”

You came to ME complaining about your problem and asking how I did it. And when I tell you what I did, you fire back with 5,000 excuses?

Some lady did this to me a while back. When I finally said, “Why are you even emailing me? You clearly don’t want to change.” She said, “Sometimes we just want to vent.”

I unsubscribed her. Vent to your dog.

Don’t scoff, by the way. Your natural human tendency is to find reasons NOT to change, and you (and I) are just as guilty as anyone else.

Are you going to let that happen in the next 10 minutes?

Because if you’ve been reading along on how to follow through, I’m about to give you a solution to chronic procrastination and overwhelm — the very techniques I use to follow through on what I start.

Will your first reaction be to say, “That’s not for me”?

Think back to yesterday, when I asked you to think about what it would mean to be the kind of person who follows through. Who’s confident enough to say “no” to things you’re not interested in...but when you say “yes,” you trust yourself to know you’re going to actually do it.

What would that mean to you? Instead of starting a million things, then letting them fade away — eventually making you nervous about starting anything at all — what if you could become a Finisher?

Let me show you how.

* * *

POP QUIZ time. Think about someone you know who’s insanely productive.

Q: How do they get so much done?

BAD ANSWER: “Ugh, I don’t know but I could never do that” (waa)

GOOD ANSWER: “Hmm...maybe he uses some tools or strategies to work on the most important stuff. I wonder if I could figure those out. Do they have some secret method for staying motivated? What if I could get that?”

I have a course on overcoming procrastination, anxiety, and learning the strategies to go from “lazy” to getting things done: The Finisher’s Formula.

Finisher’s Formula is right for you if:

You want to become the kind of person who stops talking about doing things...and actually follows through. If you look back at your entire life and see a lot of grand ideas, but you haven’t actually followed through, I want to show you the exact strategy and systems I use to turn ideas into reality.

You have too many options, and it’s paralyzing. It’s already overwhelming with all the options we have. It’s another thing when we don’t know how to choose — and how to say no. But an overwhelming list of things we “should” do is a quick route to doing none of them. I’ll show you how Finishers politely, but firmly, say “no” to most things...so that when they choose to pursue something, they give it their all. Imagine waking up and knowing you only have to do 3 main things today — and you love all 3!

If you’ve found yourself saying “I guess I’m lazy” or “I’m not the kind of person who could do that.” This is the worst. When you look at successful people and actually say, “I can never be like them,” you’ve already lost. HEY, SUCCESSFUL PEOPLE ARE NOT MUTANTS. Yes, they started before you, and yes, they use strategies that most ordinary people don’t...but they’re not aliens from another planet.

You’ll learn:

  • Beyond productivity: How to choose the most important things to say yes and no to — and how to stay motivated once you hit the “trough of failure”
  • How to control the negative self-talk we all use to rationalize our weaknesses
  • The exact strategy to eliminate distractions and get “deep focus” — on command
  • How to turn “I should do that” into habits that stick
  • Plan B development: A strategy I use to anticipate failure and plan for it — so when it happens, I’m already prepared with a backup plan

And 30+ more strategies that I want to teach you today. This isn’t just high-level material...it’s the exact Finisher’s Formula to make a permanent change so you become known as the person who always follows through on what they start.

Join The Finisher’s Formula today.
