The Dow Jones took a nosedive earlier this week (supposedly triggered by sell-offs in the Japanese markets and bolstered by fears of U.S. recession, increased conflict in the Middle East, and uncertainty about the upcoming U.S. Presidential election), and crypto followed suite with Bitcoin and Ethereum losing over 20% in value over one day! We’ve since seen a rally, especially over the last 24 hours.

But even amongst all of these price drops we still hear about governments and companies accumulating more Bitcoin — so it seems a lot of people, including us at PlayToEarn, are still feeling bullish on the future of crypto!

And even with the value of most gaming tokens taking a beating, the game developers keep churning forward, with new whitepapers, beta releases, play to airdrop campaigns, NFT mints, and more! So let’s get on to some of this week’s news from web3 gaming!
