“I'm a Jew but let me tell you, "As He died to make men holy, let us die to make men free" is platinum tier, top-shelf, cannot be beat lyrics.” - @TEStoneWrites

I’m still getting high off of Olympics highlights. One of the best watches is people friends’ & family in the stands watching their loved wins win. The more surprising the win, the better, such as this 6 second clip of Cole Hocker’s dad yelling “WHAT THE F*CK as his son won gold in the last half second of his race.

"Someone dumber and lazier than you is making 10x the money because they are too dumb to doubt themselves.” - Kyle Harrison

“there was a distinct moment as a very young kid where i noticed that i liked being happy and didn't like being unhappy, so I just decided to be a happy person. I could just be thankful for things and look on the bright side, it seemed pretty easy.” - Aella

“What makes life worth living? No child asks itself that question. To children, life is self-evident. Life goes without saying: whether it is good or bad makes no difference. This is because children don’t see the world, don’t observe the world, don’t contemplate the world, but are so deeply immersed in the world that they don’t distinguish between it and their own selves. Not until … a distance appears between what they are and what the world is, does the question arise: what makes life worth living?” - Karl Ove Knausgård via @tferriss

“You must break the pattern today. Or the loop will repeat tomorrow. You must break the pattern today. Or the loop will repeat tomorrow.” - @lelouchdaily

You’re more likely to play video games if you aren’t physically attractive (article)

“Attractive adults are also less likely than others to spend any time gaming; and if they do, they spend less time on it than less attractive adults. Using the longitudinal nature of the Add Health Study, we find supportive evidence that these relationships are causal for adults: good looks decrease gaming time, not vice-versa.”

Is capitalism making you lonely (article)

tldr: no. It’s making you less lonely.
