The post-employment process, if not already difficult for many, is one often marred with confusion and unanswered questions. For employers and employees alike, the experience is commonly frustrating. A poor exit process can frequently end in bad outcomes for everyone involved.

When is building its platform with the belief that the answers should be immediately accessible. After all, in the digital age (and with AI assistance), why shouldn’t they be? Access to its platform and benefits suite is offered following offboarding. Its AI-powered chat tool helps employees with all kinds of post-employment questions. Some examples from its demo include common inquiries like, “Can you recommend health insurance plans for me?” or “Can you help me rollover my 401k account?”
