We are now one week away from BUILD Summit 2024.

This is one of the highest quality events for founders and business owners every year. I personally select some of the smartest people I know who are experts in building elite businesses and then interview them on stage in front of 500+ people.

For those of you who have attended our events before know that we live and die by one metric: insights per minute. Too many conferences waste time with filler or inefficient ideological diatribes – or ‘Basketweaving 101’ as I like to call it. At BUILD Summit, we’re focused on maximizing value, by making sure every second is dedicated to sharing practical knowledge to help you grow and scale your business. 

We will cover topics like how to hire A+ talent, how to negotiate your compensation with your board and how to lead a team like a Navy SEAL. But I’d like to do something different and ask you all to tell me what other questions you’d like me to ask.
