Meet the diverse social impact leaders of The Bloom. Every week brings "fresh soil" – inspiration for your career and beyond by learning about our network of leaders across the globe.
The world of entrepreneurship, even in social impact, remains largely white, male, and Global North dominated. That's why in partnership with Impact Hub we're thrilled to uplift the stories of the Bayer Foundation Women Empowerment Award.
The Bloom team gives flowers 💐to Bayer Foundation for creating an award of true substance that gives visibility, cash funding *without restriction*, mentorship, and access to multiple "closed door" networks to women from the Global South. Oh – they even created beautiful mini websites for each of the awardees to house their work in unique digital homes.
