That's right. A completely separate company is actually the one publishing all the affiliate content (a minority stake is owned by Forbes).

But it appears that Forbes may have finally gotten it's hand caught in the cookie jar for too long as a potentially manual penalty from Google may have happened (to the affiliate portion of their content).
