This Week's Notes:
Building a product for this Newsletter

It was kind of scratching your own itch. I had this problem but didn't find the most suitable product to cover my needs, so I took some time off from this newsletter (if you didn't notice, the last issue was released five months back) and built a product that I wanted.

Especially, for the sole purpose of collecting feedback from my Initiator Creator readers as well as from the users of my other digital products. Because finding the user's frustration and delight at the right point can make or break your business.

There are many tools in the market but either they don't have the features that I wanted or are just too expensive for me. Simply because they are meant for enterprises or at least for sizable businesses.

I wanted a tool that is simple to use, shows analytics, can be implemented anywhere I want - email, newsletter, website etc, gives a better participation experience, and of course, doesn't charge me every month (I basically hate paying monthly).

So here it is! After planning and testing rigorously we have made NorthPoll (yes, it is an official release) - an online tool to create microsurveys to collect reactions and feedback from users to gain insights and improve user experience.

It is a work in progress and more features are in the pipeline. But would love to have your feedback if you can try. So,

If you have a newsletter or any kind of digital audience from which you want to collect feedback, give it a try! If you need more credits to try then just drop me a message.
