Your newsletter editors’ favorite finds from last month

Whether you consider it a job perk or something more of a workplace hazard, your newsletter editors spend most days contemplating which Wirecutter recommendation we should get next. From worthwhile home upgrades to tiny trinkets that spark joy (and aren’t junk), we really believe in the life-bettering power of the products that our expert colleagues spend countless hours testing. Here are a couple of the Wirecutter favorites that landed in our carts this month:

  • Brittney splurged on a new comforter, and it’s as light and fluffy as she dreamed it would be. Plus, it comes in an array of pretty colors, so she’s doubly pleased to have snagged it in a fall-friendly sage green.
  • Haley got a new iPhone 16 (lucky!), and immediately upgraded the accessories that came in the box with Wirecutter’s top-pick—and currently on-sale—USB phone charger and USB-C cable. She says, “So far, I’m really impressed with the fast charging speeds and how tiny the brick is.”
  • After years of lusting over one of Wirecutter’s favorite gifts, Sofia is finally now the proud owner of this adorable enameled butter warmer, and loves using it for warming up leftover soup or cold coffee. And generally just adding vintage charm by sitting cutely on the open shelves of her small and microwave-less Brooklyn kitchen.
  • Speaking of cute kitchen things, Isoke is seriously eyeing this handsome pepper mill. “I’m looking forward to finally having a pepper mill that grinds to different levels of coarseness without malfunctioning,” she says. Plus, its sleek and simple design means it’ll be a beautiful addition to her Brooklyn kitchen countertop, too.
