Product Habits - All the Zoom stats

Did you know that the Zoom team released 300 new features in 2019?!

At their scale, releasing a new feature almost every day is super impressive.

I’ve been doing a ton of research on Zoom lately.

And it’s taking me forever. Searching for the info, trying to locate the original source, verifying it’s accuracy and then finally deciding whether to believe it or not.

Every time we go on fact finding missions at FYI, we make it public by creating a directory to save you time. If you want to get “under the hood” and really understand what’s going on at Zoom, we’ve put all the data you need into one place.

Here are a few of my favorite stats:
  • More than half (55%) of $100,000-or-higher revenue Zoom customers began with a single employee’s free trial.
  • Most people (67%) first discovered Zoom from a friend or colleague. 6% of people discovered Zoom from a search engine, and 6% from Twitter.
  • 89% of people are using Zoom for work, while 63% are using it for conversations with friends and family.
Check out our searchable directory of 54 statistics and facts about Zoom.
Bookmark this page to save yourself from doing hours of research.
