Hugo Murray, co-founder of New York City’s Butler, has used a De’Longhi espresso machine at home for nearly a year — it’s our favorite affordable espresso machine with a built-in grinder. “The grinder is easy to adjust, shots pull well, and the steam wand allows for good texturing,” he says, referring to the high amount of pressure it emits to create “a silky thickness all the way through” the milk.
