Will you donate $5 to expose Israel’s genocide in Gaza?

To keep providing our fearless investigative journalism, The Intercept is counting on your help.

Earlier this month, Amnesty International published a devastating 300-page report documenting the fact that Israel is committing genocide in Gaza.

And how did Congress respond? By passing legislation banning the Pentagon from publicly citing the death toll in Gaza as reported by the Gaza Health Ministry.

They’re trying to erase a genocide — and most of the U.S. news media is actively complicit in the effort.

From the start of Israel’s savage war on Gaza, The Intercept has refused to cover up Israeli war crimes or discount the value of Palestinian lives. And this reporting simply could not happen without the financial support of readers like you.

This week we launched our critical year-end fundraising campaign, and to continue providing the fearless investigative journalism you count on, we cannot afford to fall short of our $625,000 goal.

So we’re asking you today: Will you make a year-end donation to The Intercept?

Shortly after the beginning of Israel’s war on Gaza, major news outlets like The Associated Press, MSNBC, and the New York Times fired, canceled, or sidelined reporters who dared to question Israel’s conduct of the war or the U.S. complicity in the slaughter.

The Intercept did precisely the opposite.

We’ve doubled down, partnering with freelance journalists on the ground to expose war crimes that Israel and its backers in the U.S. government would rather sweep under the rug.

We’ve called out phony spin from the Biden administration and incoming Trump administration alike, refusing to acquiesce to the pro-Israel propaganda routinely parroted by other news outlets.

And we’ve investigated the massive amounts of money that the American Israel Public Affairs Committee and other pro-Israel lobby groups have spent to silence the few members of Congress who have opposed continued U.S. support for the siege of Gaza.

To keep providing this kind of hard-hitting investigative reporting, we are counting on readers like you to help meet our year-end goal of $625,000.

That’s why we’re asking you today: Will you make a year-end donation of $5 to The Intercept?
