Clink! Ring in the new year in style.

When gifts editor Hannah Morrill gave her friend a set of these emerald green flutes as a housewarming gift, she didn’t get a “thank you.” Instead, she received a “!!!!!!!!!!!!!!” Hannah writes: “My friend has told me that these flutes are among her favorite possessions, and they always remind her of the happy, chaotic early days in their new home.”

Hannah has since dubbed these flutes the closest thing you can get to a can’t-go-wrong gift. Handblown by artisans in Poland, they’re tall yet not unwieldy. They have a perfectly angular bowl, so they’re less tippy than others. And they come in gorgeous and tasteful jewel tones. Perfect for filling with bubblies of all sorts (or a nonalcoholic spritzer, perhaps?)—and toasting to 2025.

Not every event needs a digital invite. And you definitely, probably, don’t need another app on your phone. And yet, if you’re going to a New Year’s Eve party next week, there’s a good chance you got invited via Partiful. The Gen-Z-beloved party-planning app makes it easy to correspond with guests without a big unwieldy group chat.

We’re into it. Here’s why
